The Bible said that Jesus endured the gruesome cross for the JOY that was set before Him. We are His Joy! To see those who were once in darkness now walking in the Light, liberated from sin, freed from the curse of death is the Joy of the LORD.

It is empowering to realize that God is your source. It is not always apparent and it often requires a leap of faith but if you are willing to take God at His Word, Use What You Have, Where You Are to Do What You Can, you will find that God Will Provide everything you need. Sometime the burden feels heavy and the test seems overwhelming and all you can do is cry out O God! You’re in good company. That was the Psalmist’s cry in Psalms 61 when life had dealt him a stinging blow but he was determined it would not drive him FROM God, he determined that if he would be helped, his help would come from God. He cried out O God! Help me.
