The Church has been charged to be the Salt of the Earth. Just as salt does in the natural, the Church is to do in the spiritual, we are to influence the culture and world that we touch. When salt is no longer able to influence or flavor what it touches, it is useless and should be discarded. Has the Church lost its influence?
